TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I have the right to refuse any commissions I’m given, and I do not need to give an explanation.2. I have the right to stop working on a commission and/or cancel said commission due to inappropriate communication. Please respect boundaries!3. I will not recreate / finish another person’s art unless permission is given by the original artist. I will ask them myself in order to confirm that this is okay.If you wish to include someone else's original character into your commission, you MUST have approval from the original artist of said character. I will ask the artist myself if that is okay.If the artwork featuring another person's original character is suppose to be a surprise gift, please let me know! I'd hate to spoil a surprise for someone!4. I still own the rights to the image, as I am the one putting the time and effort in order to create the image for you. You cannot claim the artwork as your own, and ( unless specifically asked not to in writing ) I may post your commission where I would like.5. If the commission is time-sensitive, please inform me ahead of time! I like to work in the order of when I receive the commission and will move yours up on the priority list if need be!6. The commission may not be reproduced, converted to an NFT, or profited from by anyone other than the artist ( Lara / @cherry-tonic) . If I find out you reproduced my work as an NTF, you will be put on a blocklist and I will warn other artists of your actions.Reselling of an Adoptable design you purchase from me as your own unique work or as an NFT will result in you losing the rights to the Adoptable design and the Adoptable being resold, along with being added to a blocklist.The above also applies to using my artwork in any form of AI / art reproduction software. If I am notified of you doing so with my artwork, you will be blocked and I will warn other artists of your intentions with their works.7. The commission can not be edited, traced or warped without the consent of the artist.8. If the art is used anywhere, the customer must give credit ( @cherry_tonic on Twitter / @cherry-t0nic on Tumblr ) somewhere on the post / profile / description.9. If the commission is for commercial use, you must let me know before I begin.10. I will send you progress images of the sketch and linework of your commission. If you would like to check in periodically to see progress, you may do so and I will happily update you!11. Once coloring begins on a commission, you may not ask for a refund on your commission.HOWEVER If there's a financial emergency, I will refund you immediately and put your commission on hold!12. I accept payment in USD, but if you are using another form of currency please let me know so I can properly convert the pricing for you!13. I do not accept NSFW commissions / requests at this time. If this policy were to change, you will be asked to provide a form of ID that shows you are above the age of 20. I do not want to endanger anyone that is a minor, and you will be blocked for asking for an inappropriate commission if you are not an adult.14. At this moment in time, I am not accepting mecha / furry commissions. This will change and my commission information will be updated once I feel like I can properly handle those kinds of works.
I will not accept artwork depicting pedophilic content of any kind. If you request artwork that I assume to be used for malicious / illegal intent, I will report you. This is your only warning.
